This Privacy Policy explains how Kensho AI (“Application”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application provided by Mauro Nadvorny (“Service Provider”).
Kensho AI is provided on an “AS IS” basis and is intended for personal reflection and self-awareness only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional care.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information collected automatically
When you download or use the Application, limited technical information may be collected automatically, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Anonymous usage data such as session duration and feature usage
This information is used solely to operate, secure, and improve the Application.
The Application does not collect precise location data.
b) Information you choose to provide
You may optionally provide:

- Voice messages used during interactions
Voice messages are processed temporarily in order to:
- analyze emotional signals,
- generate reflections,
- enable journaling and visual insights.
👉 Voice recordings and emotional analysis results are not stored on remote servers after processing.
The Application does not collect or process:
- medical or health records,
- biometric identifiers for identification purposes,
- psychological diagnoses,
- therapy notes.
2. Emotional Analysis Disclaimer
Kensho AI analyzes patterns in vocal expression, not medical or psychological conditions.
- Emotional indicators are non-diagnostic
- Results are contextual and reflective, not clinical
- Kensho does not label, diagnose, or assess mental health disorders
Any emotional insights are provided for personal awareness only.
3. Alert & Safety Features
Kensho AI includes an emotional safety mechanism designed to detect language that may indicate risk of harm to oneself or others.
When activated:
- The Application may present support resources, such as helplines.
- Kensho does not contact authorities, emergency services, or third parties on your behalf.
- Kensho does not monitor users or intervene outside the app.
This feature is supportive, not preventive, and does not replace professional or emergency assistance.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on trusted third-party providers for infrastructure and processing, including but not limited to:
- Google Play Services
- Cloud providers for speech processing and AI generation
These providers process data only as required to deliver the service, and under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Only aggregated and anonymized usage data may be used for service improvement.
5. Data Retention
- Voice data is deleted immediately after processing.
- Interaction summaries and emotional insights remain only on your device.
- No long-term conversation history is stored on Kensho servers.

6. Children’s Privacy
Kensho AI is not intended for children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
7. Security

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Legal Disclosure
Information may be disclosed only when required to:
- comply with legal obligations,
- respond to lawful government requests,
